Adolescent Self-identity And Social Support Of Your Professional Career Maturity Impact Study

Career maturity means the individuals reached the process of development status of vocational preparation in their ages,which is a professional psychological development of evaluation criteria,therefor,measurement of career maturity can help the researcher understand the level of the career development of adolescence students,Then the targeted vocational education strategy to improve the career development of our youth.In this study,mainly through the literature review、questionnaires、psychological measurementn、statistical analysis and other methods to research the college students and high school students of vocational maturity characteristics in Xi’an and Weinan.And starting from the psychological and environmental, explores the relationship about the ego identity status/career of social support and career maturity,to put forward the vocational education of practical measures and recommendations.The main conclusions are:1.Young students’career maturity levels measured in the middle;2.There are significant differences in different regions and different eucation levels of career maturity;3.The research about self-identity status of the youth are mainly distributed in the positive delay the status of identity diffusion and identity formation of the authority to accept the position;4.Youth’s access to career and social support at the middle level;5.There are significant differences in ego identity status of individual career maturity,and the highest level of career maturity is the self-identity formation status;6. There are significant differences about career support for high and low individual career maturity,and career support the improvement of the degree of their career maturity level is also higher;7.The self-identity of factor and career support of the emotional support to enter the regression equation and can significantly predict of the level of career maturity,forecast level of21.7%.
