The French philosopher cartesian put forward "self-consciousness" since this concept, self consciousness problem began to cause many psychologists discussion, although scholars from different angles on self consciousness problem inquiry, but to self awareness of how to affect the person’s development level behavior and activity of enough attention. This study will elementary students as subjects, this paper discusses how to influence self-consciousness of the loneliness of elementary students with mental health. Expect help through the effective ways to improve the students’ self awareness training, reduce loneliness and improve the students’ psychological health level.This study adopts questionnaire investigation method, a random xian elementary school4to6grade children study of277people. The content includes the subjects were general data, loneliness, self consciousness and mental health. Measuring tool selection children’s loneliness scale, children’s self-consciousness scale, and mental health diagnostic tests (MHT). The SPSS16.0statistical software analyzes data, after t test, analysis of variance, correlation analysis and regression analysis, obtains the research results:1.the elementary school higher grades ChongDianBan children’s loneliness is significantly higher than regular class children. The elementary school higher grades of children, loneliness and no significant grade level and gender differences, loneliness levels were positively normal distribution.2.The elementary school higher grades children’s self-consciousness significant level grade difference, the anxiety level in the significant gender differences. The elementary school higher grades children’s self-consciousness and the total score, anxiety, social behavior in grade there are obvious differences in the elementary school higher grades children’s self-consciousness development with the rise of grade and a rising trend, and the development trend in each grade is not constant speed, grade four to five year low, grade five to six grade is developing rapidly. And the anxiety level component in the table, the boys were significantly higher girls, that is the boy’s anxiety level significantly lower than girls.3.The elementary school higher grades children’s mental health level there is significant difference between genders and grades. The elementary school higher grades children’s mental health and learning in total score, guilt, anxiety tendency to physical symptoms, allergy, terrorist tendency, impulse there are obvious differences between the tendency, the girls were significantly higher than that of male students, explain the boy mental health in girls. In addition to physical symptoms, era, the terrorist tendency, mental health and its total more than in grade dimension significantly, further multiple comparison, the elementary school higher grades children’s mental health from grade four to six total grade rise with grade lower.4.The elementary school higher grades of the children’s loneliness and self consciousness is the significant level to negative correlation, ego predictor of loneliness the elementary school higher grades of the loneliness of children with self-consciousness level assumes the significant negative correlation, namely high level of children’s self-consciousness and experience to lower loneliness, self consciousness and the low level of the children to experience higher loneliness. Self awareness of the three variables (well, happiness and satisfaction, and physical appearance and properties) into a regression equation.5.The elementary school higher grades children’s self-consciousness level and mental health is significantly negative correlation, ego predictor of mental health elementary children’s self-consciousness and the total score of mental health is a significant negative correlation, in addition to era, the study of anxiety, to anxiety, lonely tendency, allergy symptoms, body tendency, terrorist tendency, impulse seven dimensions to some significant negative correlation. All dimensions of consciousness only anxiety, well into the multiple regression equation.
