"Love And Growing" Orphans-adoption Project Planning

Orphans, as a disadvantaged group, have attracted attention and got much care fromsociety. Recently, the Party and the government published policies, which help tostrengthen physical conditions of orphans’ lives. Besides, local governments built someChildren Welfare Office to satisfy the survival demands of orphans. These policies play acrucial role in orphans’ lives. But so far, the work of relief has more focused on materialsecurity, while these children’s mental health and personal development have got less andsmaller notice.Social work means responsibility, concern and dedication, which is based onhumanism and humanitarian. Social work needs to respond to the demands of differentgroups and look for positive changes. As a social work project, this one pays closeattention to the orphans, who live in the welfare homes, and use knowledge and skills ofsocial work to meet their psychological needs. This project will help orphans to get rid ofaloneness and mental discomfort, and make them return to society.
