The Study On The Rural Social Governance Model Of Dingtao

Because that China’s rural social is still in the transient period to the modernization, the old and new conflicts interlaced arising, the rural society entered into the serious period of more conflicts arising in rural areas, so,making sure to strengthen the governance of the rural society, resolve various of contradictions and conflicts and maintain the stability of rural society. In addition, strengthening the rural social governance is the requirement to build a new socialist countryside and social harmony in rural. Before, the state and government also gradually concerned about the issues of rural society governance, and claimed the concept and goal of strengthening the rural social governance on major previous state and the party’s meeting.Based on this background, I select the rural social governance of Dingtao as my study and the point of governance model changes for starting my study. This paper attempts to combine rural the history and current situation of Dingtao’s rural social governance, and study the rural society governance from other rural areas, Dingtao to propose solution and model for Dingtao’s rural social governance.In this paper, firstly summing up and comparing the actuality and achievements of the research briefly through the method of literature research, and then summarizing and analysing the current situation and problems of Dingtao’s rural social governance through the method of survey research. On the basis of analysing and comparing the models of Pingyi’sand and Wulian’s rural social governance in Shandong Province, and getting some experience to improve the Dingtao’s rural social governance. Finally, on the basis of the current status of social governance in rural areas of Dingtao and other local rural social governance experience, the author proposed measures and path selection to Dingtao’s rural social governance from from the authority of the rural social governance mechanism, self-government mechanism,cooperation mechanism and sustainable development mechanism. In the end of the article, from the angle of democratic elections, democratic decision-making and democratic supervision,the author introduced a model of rural social governance.
