This paper uses literature review, questionnaire survey, expert interviews and statistics and other methods to summarize Liaoning Province tennis club basic situation, management condition, management system structural, coach condition, club members basic information and other aspects of research, the results show that: (1) Managers and coaches have relatively high education with a certain of cultural heritage and most of all majored in tennis, which mainly graduated from Shenyang Sport University and other sports institutions with young and middle age. Club managers generally agreed with that the development of club has close relationship with the attention degree of government, the level of economic development and the objective basic conditions such as tennis court facilities. (2) The consumers of Business Tennis Club in our province mostly are highly educated men who mainly engaged in mental labor. Motivation to participate in the tennis sport is diversity, which mostly was fitness and recreation. (3) The age and education structure of Coaches in our province is relatively reasonable, income level is higher than the average wage level of Liaoning Province, but coaches are extremely unstable, coaches halfway loss is a common phenomenon in our province which mainly related to the traditional employment concept. (4) Fewer commercial activities for the operation of Tennis Club, weaker publicity and one - singled publicity channel are not conducive to the development of tennis club. (5) Price position is too high, there is no customer-oriented and did not coordinate the overall relationship between profits and partial profits, one-sided emphasis, which seriously affect the business of tennis club development. (6) Lack of commercial activities and court utilization is low. Almost of the tennis club did not carry out commercial activities with conventional way in businessing club, the quality and quantity of number are neither high, which result in the lower court utilization.To solve above problems, I consider that development and expansion of the business tennis club should work from the following aspects:(1) Taking measures to stabilize coaches (2) Fully accepte the recommendations of coaches, improve the work status of coaches. (3) Broaden communication channels, raise consumer awareness (4) Analyze the market, reasonably priced (5) Largely absorb tennis population, improve the utilization of tennis court..The research on operation strategy Tennis Club in Liaoning Province aims to sort out the status of tennis club strategy, the theoretical foundation was gained for the overall understanding of its development, the strategy were provided for the development of the National Tennis Club.
