The advent of the information society, will fundamentally change the human way of thinking, way of life and learning, thus promot the transformation of education and curriculum paradigm. Due to the blind worship of knowledge, knowledge on the basis of the modern curriculum system is not yet ready to meet the challenges of the information society. Test and examination to the nature of Knowledge, experience and course the test to ask and look provide new concepts and ideas for the change of the course paradigm change to in the construction process of the knowledge economy and learning society.From the perspective of information theory, information is the characterization of the status and movement of the objective things, knowledge generate dynamically and construct actively by the learners through information processing activities, learning is the process of formation choice, dissemination, exchange, storage, processing, handling and feedback. Therefore, the curriculum by its nature, is information selection, processing, transfer and exchange activities., to get the understanding of the nature and law of the objective world and to enhance learner’s wisdom and creativity level. Information is an intrinsic link of knowledge, experience and curriculum. The nature of knowledge, experience and course is information.From the Information Perspective, course is not pre-developed and designed by curriculum specialists and subject experts, but dynamically generate by teachers and students in an open environment. This new curriculum is different from the traditional curriculum in the concept of talent, knowledge, learning, teachers and students, media and curriculum. The overall objective of the course is to train smart and creative talent with high information literacy; the content of the course is course information; The curriculum implementation is the choice, communication and processing activities of Course Information; Curriculum evaluation is information feedback.
