Research On The Training Mode Of Chinese Youth Soccer

Youth soccer is an integral part of the whole soccer system of our country, which is the basic and foundation supporting the development of soccer career. The status of youth soccer campaign affects not only the potential soccer market of this country, but also affects the current and future soccer playing level directly. However, the status of youth soccer development in China isn’t optimistic, facing many problems, such as bad financing management, unscientific training mode, and uncoordinated relationship with education.This thesis studies Chinese youth soccer from the perspective of youth soccer training mode by employing the method of literature, comparative study and interviewing experts, etc. The course of Chinese youth soccer training mode changes and current main training mode of youth soccer in China are summarized, which includes school soccer, local bureau of sports training and club training. The original emergence, existence base and current pros and cons are discussed, referencing to the youth soccer development of Germany and Japan, especially the German Golden plan and JFA2005declaration, where we can draw lessons from. All the above show our main youth soccer problems are as follows:1) Too much administrative intervention, non-transparent management, and lacking rules and supervision.2) Deep-rooted Three Gathering Training Mode.3) Short-sighted title doctrine.4) Training levels and systems unconnected. The primary cause is that these sports emerged from western industrialized civilization brought by Chinese elites when China is still in an agricultural civilization which is quite different from western. Now we are on the way of transformation where we are doomed not to get all the essence of these exotic till our own soil could be improved by awareness.Based on these analyses, the ideal mode is posed, which is we should harbor humanism, with developing all-around people as the tenet, let the youth feel happy and enhance their health during playing football, make school and real football association as the serving and managing subject and promote amateur and elite soccer at the same time. However current situation in China only allows transitional mode, which gradually develops to the ideal mode. During the transitional period, we should transform from Three Gathering Mode to offering kids stages and dreams, emphasizing both training and school learning, building smooth talent information channel and gathering all the social powers under the common view of love.
