This study to the strength training of Chinese men's soccer national team athletes U22 in winter preparation period as the research object,by using the method of literature,the field test method and logic analysis,the the strength training of Chinese men's soccer national team athletes U22 in winter preparation period tracking site investigation,arrangements and strength training program analysis and implementation of Chinese men's soccer athletes,summed up the youth of Chinese men's soccer athletes in winter preparation period strength training arrangement characteristics,and through the training data validation analysis strength training in winter preparation period effect,find the influence of Chinese men's soccer national team athletes U22 of the strength training factors,national youth men's soccer team to find strength athletes during training arrangements Winter characteristics,thus clearly strength training during the national youth men's soccer athlete Winter factors.In this study,the combination of theory to explore our country's strength training strength training national youth men's soccer team players during the winter training,to enhance the level of Chinese football strength training,so as to provide reference and basis for the selection and sports training.Through analysis and research,The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The national youth men's national athletes winter training of strength training arrangement characteristics mainly include: the early stage of the winter training to the core of the development of maximum strength,strength,endurance,strength is given priority to,pay attention to the combination of comprehensive strength training,late winter training by explosive force,fast strength training is the key training content;In the power of the second phase of the winter training training class time,proportion than a drop in the first stage;The training content relatively fixed;In an integrated instrument exercise,weight training,training method is given priority to leap,barbell training is the main means of training;Recovery after training,the training is very important to the completion of the training sessions.(2)Through the winter training before,during and after the strength training of the youth football player strength test index,biochemical index,this paper compares and analyzes that strength training,improve the power quality level athletes.(3)Influence the national youth men's national winter training athletes strength training: the main factors to the lack of awareness of strength training arrangement,training load imbalance is not satisfactory,strength training content,training quality remains to be improved.(4)The national youth men's national winter training athletes strength training countermeasures: to increase the cognition of strength training;Correct arrangement strength training load;Emphasis on ego to protect consciousness cultivation;Strength training content and reasonable equilibrium;Improve the quality of strength training movement;Attaches great importance to the core strength training;The power of outstanding personalized training;Deal with drafting and power relations;Combining the physical development of the athletes;Raise the level of scientific training.
