However, due to therapid pace of development, rapid scale exaggerated our region’s colleges anduniversities league game system implemented to meet the universities leaguedevelopment itself. There are many factors restricting the development of theleague system and its reform should bear the brunt.Because the team is constantly expanding, high level athletes inuniversities and colleges to recruit and professional sports athletes continuedto increase, originally used in A, B groupings showing the variouscontradictions and unfair, not conducive to the carrying out of the league. sohow to modify and improve the existing Tournament System to make it morescientific, more rational and promote the healthy and orderly development ofthe Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region college basketball tournament are our aims. More importantly, we can drive the rapid development of the entireInner Mongolia region of sports. Therefore, the use of literature, questionnaire,expert interviews, logical analysis and other research methods, conducted asurvey on the status of implementation of the Inner Mongolia AutonomousRegion basketball league system, draw the following conclusions:1.therationality of a competition system manifested is shown through therationality of the competition system content.2. The geographical areaand sports development is uneven and the exchange of eastern and westernregions is not enough so that the widening differences are caused in exerciselevels.5. Competition system factors affecting the level of training, with thecultivation of reserve talents constraints become one of the important factorsin development league.6. Basketball market lack of professional andindustrial operations, so only promoting the development of professionalbasketball, the development of our region basketball can be further promote.And based on the current development of our region’s college basketballtournament, made the following recommendations:(1).clearly knowing thepurpose of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region college basketballtournament.(2) Establish and perfect the reasonable league constitution to adapt to the development of our region’s college basketball tournament.(3)Learn from other fully developed provinces and cities of the collegebasketball tournament grouping system.(4)Try groups between the liftingstage and final league or the third party system group to improve the leaguequality.(5)Learning sports from the developed areas, then essence to its dregs,and integration of resources, and accelerate convergence.(6) Establish thecomplete punishment and reward system to improve attention of theinstitution.(7) Broaden media campaign to promote the marketing.(8) Toestablish a rational system of scholarships and solve the contradiction of theathletes’ training school.(9). Do a good job to popularize and promote theconstruction of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region’s professionalbasketball league, to solve the back-up basketball talents and the delivery ofthe college basketball talent.
