The Development Present Situation And Countermeasure Research Of Reserve Football Talents Schools In Jiangsu Province

Soccer reserve talented person is the foundation of the football development andhope, is a football powerhouse in the future, is to improve the football level ofpractitioners.All round the world sports development,one of the most critical point thatwhy sports power is longevity is the attention to the cultivation of teenagers reservetalented person.Therefore, how the current state of development of reserve footballtalents school in Jiangsu province and what are the problems to be solved in theseschools are worthy of our study and analysis.To investigate in the school of reserve football talents in Jiangsu province statusquo as the starting point,this paper uses questionnaire investigation, literature materialmethod, interview method,mathematical statistics, logic analysis and other methods tofind its experiences and deficiencies in the process of and analyze related influencingfactors to reflect the real situation on the basis of detailed analysis of the presentdevelopment of reserve football talents schools in Jiangsu province.This paper also putforward its own point of view on the basis of in-depth analysis from the provincialeducation department of sports policy and reserve football talents school humanresources, material resources,which is to reserve football talents in jiangsu provinceschool of scientific development to provide the reference.According to the results, the reasons affecting the development of reserve footballtalents schools in Jiangsu province are various,such as: school training fund shortage,imperfect school management system, running mode lag, lack of high level coaches, thescientific training level is low, imperfect competition system, less competition, talentsconveying flow, etc.These factors restrict the development of football reserve talents inour province.Therefore,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures tosolve these problems.
