Our Country Sports Dispute Resolution Mechanism Diversity Research

With the continuous development of China’s economic, physical culture andsports have been developing rapidly. But in the process of development ofundertakings of sports, dispute appeared more and more. THere are three sportsdispute resolution mechanism in China. They are sports organization internalprocessing mechanism, mediation and lawsuit mechanism. Sports dispute too manynow cause this three kinds of dispute resolution mechanism cannot effectively solvethe disputes. In order to guarantee our country sports enterprise healthy and steadydevelopment, the author thinks that our country should set up with sports arbitration isgiven priority to, sports mediation and litigation is complementary, sportsadministrative litigation, administrative reconsideration, the civil special tribunal foradded multiple dispute relief way.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the three existing sports dispute resolutionmechanism, lists their advantages and disadvantages, and puts forward somecountermeasures for improvement; Again according to the excellent foreignexperience, this paper puts forward the ideas of construction of sports arbitrationsystem in China, the sports administrative litigation and administrativereconsideration shall show the need to strengthen; Finally put forward the idea ofsports civil special tribunal.
