This article in order toexplore the core of strength training in basketball players in colleges and universitiestraining effect, combing traditional strength training and core strength of relationship,for better core strength training theory in basketball training in colleges anduniversities: an empirical study, this study selected24high level basketball athletes incolleges and universities in Jinan for the study, who were randomly assigned to two groups. With12players for the experimental group for core strength combined withtraditional strength training, with another12players for the control group, thetraditional strength training.
