In the background that using learning plan to teach became more and morepopular, this essay that mainly based on the necessity and feasibility of the currentimplementation of learning plan and supported by relevant theory and my ownteaching practice, puts forward some proposals and optimizations from the view ofdesighing the learning plan in order to improve the teaching mode of “learning planguidance”.This essay includes three parts: the summary, strategies, self-reflection andoptimizing suggestions about the learning plan desigh in “economic life” of seniormiddle school ideology and politics.The first part is mainly about the related concept definition and theoreticalbasis.There are three concepts need to definit: new courses,learning plan,learningplan desigh. New courses are mainly about learning new knowledge,which needs tofollow laws of cognition to teach.Learning plan is one of autonomous learning plansand learning materials for guiding students,which is based on the teacher’s fullinvestigation of understanding students, outline, the characteristics of the teachingmaterial,teaching requirements and designed for students as a learning scheme.Thedesigh for learning simply means the preparation process of the school case. Thelearning plan desigh for new courses is in a specific operation to achieve the targetthat learning objectives and learning task is clearly actionable, comprehensiveknowledge structure is available, the difficulties for thinking have been appropriatlyconsidered,if necessary, there needs some supplementary learning materials to helpstudents understand what they have learned, and enhance their interests in learning.The theoretical basis for learning plan desigh are rooted in the theory ofconstructivism, the learning theory and instructional scaffolding theory.There needs toadvocate the creation of scenarios to guide students learning, creates opportunities to teach students learn how to learn, analies “the zone of proximal developmen”andrides “scaffolding”to help students to learn.Under the guidance of the above concepts, the second part introduces the desighstrateges for the new courses learning plan about "economic life" of senior middleschool ideology and politics.There invoves two aspects: the full lesson preparationand careful planning of the specific implementation.Full lesson preparation is the prerequisite. It needs to analyze the learning contentfrom the depth, breadth, gradient, angle; needs to survey the students’ situation,especially to address the psychological and physiological characteristics of the highschool freshmen from their basics,cognitive level,emotional attitudes and othernon-intelligence factors to analy student status quo; needs to clear the teaching linksto reach good classroom responses.In order to design a high-quality school case, careful planning is the key. This paperchooses "stocks, bonds and insurance" in "economic life" of senior middle schoolideology and politics as an example and intoduces the specific design of the variousparts of the learning plan.A complete learning plan should include at least three parts: learning objectiveoverview,learning process and learning materials. Learning goals overview can bedivided into these boxes: keywords, curriculum standards requirements, learningobjectives, learning tasks, learning emphsis and difficulties,this article focuses on thedesign of learning objectives and mission design; the part of learning process,including creating learning context, defining learning clues and experiences,therefocuses on the desigh of situational activities and situational problems; learningmaterials section focuses on the form and content of the learning materials.The last part is about the self-reflection and optimization recommendations of thechoosing learning plan,and mainly includes two meanings: self-reflections of theself-making desigh; optimization tips combined with comments of guiding teachersand the results of self-reflection.About the self-reflection part of the design, this paper,firstly elaborates the meritsof the self-making learning plan,for example,desighs of the situational activity,the knowledge problem, the after-class job and learning materials.Secondly,this paperanalies the shortages of the desighs on questions, situational activities,learningguidances.In the part of optimization tips, this paper expounds four suggestions: thequestion should be designed to the classic scenario, activities should be excavateddeeply, study methods should be fully provided,and finally emphasizing theimportance of “set of intellectual lesson plan”.The power of one person is weak, andonly relying on the collective wisdom, the learning plan will bloom the true glory.
