The application of information technology in the field of education was meant to enrich the teaching and management and to better promote the development of students. But in the actual education application, all sorts of alienation phenomenon appear. Alienation refers to that the subject produces its own opposite (object) because of its own activities in the process of development and this object then becomes a kind of alien force to oppose itself. This paper analyses the information technology alienation in the field of education mainly based on Marx’s labor theory of alienation. And it chooses three more critical factors to analyze, which are educators, education receivers and education administrators.To educators, the reasons of their instrumental rationality and lack of value rationality in the teaching activities, the division of the creation subject and the application subject of educational technology and the adaptation of the modern and the traditional educational technology, has caused that the modern information technology replaces teachers, which brings alienation to the educator’s work, his product of labor and the labor process of themselves. At the same time, the emotion in education activities between teachers and the students also becomes scarce.As education receivers, due to poor controlling force of themselves to study technology, weak information cultural quality and network metacognitive ability, the lack of technical ethics education and the poor moral self-discipline of themselves, they has lost their own subjectivity and the relationship among the subjects of the education receivers and the learning activity itself have created alienation. Moreover, the network bad information has also caused a negative effect on the body and mind of the education receivers.To education administrators, the greater utility than the edutainment in the process of management, the latent defect in the education system specification itself and the particularity of educational administration has caused the alienation of educational administration activity, the utilitarianism in the management activities, the technicalization in the administrative evaluation, the superficiality of the understanding of the educational training concept and administerization in the management decisions.The author analyzes the performance and reasons of the educational information technology alienation and then puts forward the possible ways to clear them up. He tries drawing beneficial and nutritional components from Marx’s theory of eliminating alienation that the essence of alienation is just the objectification of human essence, so is a right way to start from people and from the essence of education. Specifically, educators should set up the values of education technology in line with the aim, strengthen the emotional communication between teachers and students, improve their literacy of information-based teaching and strengthen their own learning as technical designers and reflective practitioners. Education receivers should play its subjectivity, transform learning concept, develop information skills and strengthen network ethical moral standard. Education administrators should set up the management philosophy of "people-oriented", reform teaching evaluation mechanism and realize the structure optimization of school organizations.
