Research On The Employment Status Of Men Athletes In CUBA Of Shanxi Province

Along with the progress of the employment system reforms of college graduate in our country,the employment problem of the graduates is more and more outstanding,which is become the focus of the society.The colleges held the CUBA from the year of 1998,which became a new chance for the development of college physical training.In the difficult environment for graduates,the employment of the athletes of CUBA,which are parts of the college graduates,attracts lots of attentions.The paper researches and analyses the employment of men athletes of CUBA in Shanxi province with the methods of literature and data,questionnaire, interview,statistics and logical analysis,the result shows:The CUBA athletes have high expectation of employment and their employment status is higher than normal graduates.The areas of their occupation are comparatively concentrated,as well as they have many choices for occupations,with moderate earnings.Most of them are employed for their basketball skills,which can be capable of their jobs. While the professional knowledge and skills are their shortcomings in their work.The reasons which influence their employment include professional knowledge and skills,personal abilities,employment expectations and basketball skills etc.The recommendations for the employment of men athletes of CUBA in Shanxi province are as follows:1.The colleges should ask the athletes transit the employment concepts,adjust the major structures of the teaching,and strengthen the employment instruction works,so as to improve the comprehensive characters of the athletes and encourage them obtain employment independence.2.For the athletes themselves,they should adapt the command of the employ market,regulate their expectations for occupations,and improve their abilities.In order to exert their advantages and apply for a job.
