On one handthe rapid growth of the mobile phone clients has improved the developmentof the subscribers of the mobile network, on the other hand with the startof3G and the development of the construction of the mobilecommunication of the next generation have solved the problem of thelow-speed of mobile network. The application innovation based on newtechnology and pattern has reached a new peak of the mobile networkdevelopment which also has built the relatively fixed customerssimultaneously thus made the mobile network industry enter the positivecirculation. The pattern of application innovation of mobile networkgradually involved into mobile-commerce mobile-entertainment etc.Besides the application like mobile-payment mobile-music andmobile-game which are advancing towards maturity new application like mobile-SNS mobile-reading are also developing rapidly.In the aspect of business income, the total income of mobile-reading innationwide has reached120million making the application a profitable onewhich has developed relatively rapidly in3G era. In the aspect ofsubscriber penetration, mobile-reading has become the third most popularapplication after mobile-game and mobile-music according to the statisticsof Chinese mobile net word usage rate in2010. Many mobile software inpresent market have many deficiencies, what they come down to are asfollows. Firstly, the in humanization in Man-Machine Interaction. Secondly,the present mobile-reading software are relevant to mobile phone platformthat is to say the mobile-reading software has to accommodate to differentoperating system in different mobile phones which add the difficulty inproduction. Thirdly, the function of the present mobile-reading applicationis too simple lacking the function such audio books with sound chips.Nevertheless, the mobile-reading application developed by us, the onewith is more active functional and with the articulation function, wasdesigned to solve those problems mentioned above.This thesis is based on Mobile Widget technology. Circling round the four modules as Channel management, Interactive Reading, CustomerService and System function this thesis first shows the framework of thedesign. Then, it introduces the design and implementation process of thefour modules step by step in detail through text consorting with processingand module diagram. And the most advantage of our mobile-readingsoftware is that it is active in different operating systems and functional.Finally, this thesis displays the progress in the phase sense of ouroperating platform with many Widget applications as inspection toolwhich have verified the feasibility, the effect of implementation andespecially brought into focus verification of the typesetting.
