Research On Current Situation And Agriculture Industrialization Countermeasures Of Henan

Agriculture is the foundation of national economy, Agricultural industrializationis the main way to achieve the system innovation during the course of Agriculturalmodernization in our country. The development of Agricultural industrializationmanagement is one of the overall tasks about our county’s agriculture and ruraleconomic in the current and future period, its accord to the common aspiration offarmer masses to increase income and become rich. In order to build urban and ruralrelationship and promote the national economy and bring prosperous economy, weneed fully understand the important position and function of Agriculturalindustrialization.Henan Province tried to carry out Agricultural industrialization managementfollowing with the development of commodity economy after the policy of reformand opening, especially after the establishment of the socialist market economicsystem, it develops gradually and it’s suit for the rural economy development ofHenan Province. After twenty years exploration, Agricultural industrializationmanagement of Henan province has made gigantic achievements, and the overalldevelopment situation is favorable. But, with the development of market reform andthe rapid development of rural economy, many problems and defects have exposedduring the development of Agricultural industrialization management in Henanprovince, it has seriously restricted the further development of agriculturalproductivity.Based on the study about the current development situation of Agriculturalindustrialization in Henan province, I aim to put forward corresponding settlementcountermeasure by analyzing the main problems of Agricultural industrializationdevelopment. This paper is divided into four parts：Part one: The overview of Agricultural industrialization. It mainly introduces theconnotation, basic features, primary coverage and the main types of Agriculturalindustrialization, it’s the basis of the study in this paper.Part two: the background and wide significance of Agricultural industrialization.This part mainly expounds the background of Agricultural industrialization and thenecessary condition in the process of the development, as well as the importantsignificance of the Agriculture industrialization development.Part three: The current developing situation of Agriculture industrialization in Henan province. By analyzing the general developing situation, achievements in theprocess of Agriculture industrialization development and the problems exists in thedevelopment, such as leading enterprises in small scale and low level of farmersystematization, I proposed to lay the foundation for the nest part to pull out thecountermeasures.Part four: The countermeasures of promoting the development of Agriculturalindustrialization in Henan province. This part aims to put forward correspondingmeasures for the matters appeared in the process of Agriculture industrializationdevelopment in Henan province. In order to promote the Agriculture industrializationgrowing healthily and accelerate the process of Agricultural modernization.
