| The approval for urban planning is the core content of the urban planning management. It will affect the urban development and the land-use directly. So it is a high accuracy and scientific work. With the quick development of global economic and technology in recent years, the pace of urban construction in our country is greatly speeding up, and the level of urbanization has been steadily raised. the traditional handwork is more and more unable to meet the needs, so a advanced method needs to be put to use.This article analyzes the drawbacks of the traditional approval in urban planning and the current condition of Planning approval. It elaborates on the significance of implementing it in the urban Planning. It developed a urban master planning data standard based on GIS by combining with the status quo of Changsha planning. In consideration of the actual demand of Changsha Urban Planning Information Service Center and the urban master planning data standard based on GIS, a urban planning assistant system was designed and realized which based on the AutoCAD redeveloped. The system has three functional module named aided designing, monomer area auditing and economic indicators auditing with a friendly video user interface. So the system shorten the time of approval and need less labor force. It meets the actual needs of Changsha planning information service center.This system also realized the seamless docking with--<Planning Management Service Platform System of Changsha Urban Planning Bureau Station> which is the OAS used by Changsha Planning Information Service Center. It will bring about the "paperless office" of planning permission and system working integration which is in line with the status quo of Changsha Urban Planning Information Service Center. It will have a positive effect with improving the accuracy, ensuring the scientific nature of the approval for urban planning and accelerating the pace of the information of the urban administration. |
