Cultivated land is the essence of land, it is human’s most basic production data. Acomprehensive grasp of cultivated land quantity and quality of scientific quantification ofcultivated land, is helpful for the government to realize land resources management byquantity give priority to the quantity, quality, ecological coordinated management andscientific using transformation, contributes to promoting the development of agriculture, ruralareas and farmers’ income, and plays an important role in building a conservation-mindedsociety. As the second land investigation work completed, and around, in recent years to carryout a large amount of basic farmland land consolidation, high-yield farmland territorialcontrol activities such as construction, land development, makes the quality of cultivated landquantity and spatial location, major changes have taken place in the grade, the originalcultivated land quality system has not adapt to the demand of land and resources. Therefore,based on the latest land survey results, by conducting field investigation, update relevant data,the existing cultivated land quality classification results updated integrity evaluation isnecessary.This article depends on the quality of farmland grading results complement work inshandong province, issued by the ministry of land and resources in the farmland classificationregulation as the basis, according to the quality of cultivated land in shandong province leveladded sound achievements requirements "and other related documents, combined with fieldinvestigation, data analysis can be used qualitative analysis combined with quantitativeanalysis, the conventional method and the method of combining the computer technology, theargument or after validation, comprehensive land to determine index, further divides thecultivated land and so on, using GIS technology to complete the Huangdao district, Qingdaocity supplement cultivated land grade quality achievements perfect work.Based on determining factors and their weighing of agricultural land classification,unitclassification of the natural quality of points was calculated by factor method in the huangdaodistrict agricultural land classification,then the index of natural quality classification beingcalculated according to productive potentiality of light and temperature(climate)andcoefficient of crop yield rate.Through land use coefficient and economic coefficient,theindices of use classification and economic classification of agricultural land were calculatedlast.On the base of these indices,the results of natural quality classification,use classificationand economic classification were gotten by equidistant intervals of these indices.The Huangdao district natural quality of arable land is divided into six different levels,inwhich the eleventh is the highest,the sixth lowest;Utilization is divided into six differentlevels,in which the maximum is the twelveth class and the minimum is the seventh class,the tenth class in the area of maximum;Economy is divided into five different levels,in which themaximum is the twelveth class,the minimum is the eighth class,the elventh class in the area ofmaximum.The results show that:The agricultural land quality of Huangdao district is not high,theother in Huangdao district,such as the distribution line with the actual situation.The index ofphysical quality classification,use classification and economic classification are all at arelatively low level in Qingdao city. Compared with the last time,the overall quality ofnatural decline; The overall utilization of ascension, and the overall economy of a shap rise,which conforms to the Huangdao district as a special economic and technologicaldevelopment zone land use area type characteristics and change rules.
