Product surface roughness is an important indicator to measure the surface quality, atpresent, some scholars study the product surface roughness under the mechanicalprocessing way, but for the surface roughness of the product in the plastic forming manneris little research. Therefore, we explore products under the plastic forming method ofsurface roughness, study of factors affecting surface roughness and find out the regularity,it can make up for gaps in this field and the production practice has an important guidingrole.Cup shell as the research object and make cup shell the technological process,calculate relevant parameters of the forming process and based on AutoCAD platform,design temperature extrusion forming mould. The orthogonal test method, mould surfaceroughnessã€forming temperatureã€press speedã€lubricant four factors as the effect factorsof forming part of the surface roughness, using effect analysis and variance analysis toanalyze the experimental results.In order to the theoretical research, we make the asperity of irregular shape andheight of random on surface as idealized, assumes that the surface is a rule in the shape ofasperity. Idealized surface roughness model was established, the asperity in extrusionforming process of the change of height and surface roughness value is calculated.According to the results of orthogonal test, regression analysis method is adopted toestablish the linear relationship between the specimen surface roughness values and theeach influence factor. |
