| Coal pressure gasification wastewater is a kind of intractable wastewater, which consists of much refractory organic compound. The component of this wastewater is complicated and is influenced by all kinds of factors such as the properties of raw coal and the technology of coal pressure gasification, etc. The paper deals with the pretreatment of the coal gasification wastewater by the process of coagulation firstly. The experiment result suggests that in the optimum condition the removal efficiency of COD is up to 56.07%. After the process of coagulation, Fenton Reagent process and Ultraviolet light /Fenton Reagent process are used in pretreatment of the wastewater and the most suitable operating conditions are choosed by experiments. The experiment result suggests that in the optimum condition of Fenton Reagent process, the removal efficiency of COD, BOD5, NH3-N, hydroxybenzene and chromaticity are 83.91%, 78.70%, 74.22%, 88.25% and 99.91%. The ratio of BOD5 and COD is up to 0.45 from 0.34. In the Ultraviolet light /Fenton Reagent experiment, the removal efficiency of COD, BOD5, NH3-N, hydroxybenzene and chromaticity are 89.02%, 80.77%, 78.29%, 94.13% and 99.98%. The ratio of BOD5 and COD is up to 0.59 and the biochemical nature is advanced effectively. The paper also analyses the degeneration theory and economic benefit, then makes the engineering design. |
