As is well-known, parts formed by bending are widely applied to aerospace field,motor-dom, atomic engineering, chemical industry, etc.However,crooked productdimensional accuracy tends to reduce as a result of rebounding after unloading. Thereforethe flexion springback has become one of the bending technology problems to beconquered.In the recent years, lots of overseas and domestic savant and specialist have widelyand intensively inquired into a variety of bending sprinback problems, which applies amultitude of means in relation to large numbers of bending technology.Although variousmodels and means have been adopted to solve springback problems by experts as todiverse bending processes.But they can not curb exactly and forecast precisely productrebound parameters, which roots in inevitable craft parameters variation in the actuleconditions.A method has been put up in this paper,which can make product dimension reach theexpected goal by means of finite compensations, and its application code has been provedin theory.Further, iterative compensation strategies have been offered correspondly todifferent flexion parameters.And they have been turn out to be practical in terms of theory,simulation and experiment.First, referring to the elastic-plasticity theory, the spring-going law has been derivedin relation to neutrosphere curvature and panel camber angle assigned to ordinary freebend as well as central layer radius attached to general stretch bending.Then mapping theflexion parameters, compensation patterns have been established for general free bendparameters——neutrosphere radius, panel corner piece——and common stretch bendingparameters——geometrical center radius.Besides, bending parameter compensated patterns has amplified ordinary bendingneutrosphere radius technical compensation, ordinary bending panel corner piece technicalcompensation and special stretch bending panel center radius compensation. Afterwards, the numerical modeling soft ABAQUS has been put to do these analogous analysis tothese technical compensation.Simulated result indicates that the final bending parametersvalue have really approximate to the target after infinite redresses.At last, the three crafts of flexion compensation mentioned above have been provedpracticale by tests.
