Forging hydraulic press is a pressure molding equipment, and its presence hasgreatly promoted the development of machines. The current development trend offorging hydraulic press is a high-precision, intelligent and energy efficient. From thecontrol theory, forging hydraulic press is a non-linear system, the control method is aresearch hotspot. For200MN forging hydraulic press, this paper designed adouble-loop control method. The inner loop realized feedback linearization and usedPI control; the outer loop introduced the disturbance is estimate and used the optimalcontrol. Optimal control method is a new idea to solve the multi-cylinders hydraulicsynchronous control problem.200MN forging hydraulic press used couple leveling method, and this paperdiscussed the principles and characteristics of the couple leveling method. There weremany hydraulic components in the system, so this paper firstly established the modelsof various hydraulic components, and integrated them finally to get the overall modelof forging hydraulic press.On the basis of the analysis of the system model, this paper designed adouble-loop control method. The inner loop is pressure control loop, and its controltarget is to make the actual pressure track the given pressure fastly, which needs tosolve the nonlinear problem. This paper designed a feedback linearization structure tolinearize the system. On this basis, the PI control law was designed to achieve thepressure following control. The outer loop is the synchronization control loop, and itscontrol target is to overcome disturbances affect and realize synchronized motion ofvarious hydraulic cylinders. To do this, this paper designed the optimal controlalgorithm to make the displacement deviation indicator reach a minimum, whileintroducing disturbance estimate to overcome disturbances.This article used MATLAB Simulink for the simulation study of the builtdouble-loop control system. The simulation results show that the control system hasgood dynamic performance and static performance, which verifies the validity of thedouble-loop control algorithm designed in this paper.
