With the development of new materials science,many new processing technologies have been developed,and new requirements have been put forward for the processing machines of materials.Isothermal forging(superplastic forming)processing technology has become the research object of many materials researchers for its excellent properties,and its processing equipment has become the research focus of many forging equipment factories.In this paper,a speed of 0.005 mm/s of isothermal forging hydraulic press design methods and control points,and its implementation method are discussed in this paper,mainly including the following aspects:1.Summarized the development status and trend of isothermal forging hydraulic press as well as the source and significance of the project.2.The structure and characteristics of isothermal forging hydraulic press are introduced,and its hydraulic control system and principle are introduced in detail.3.The design of hardware and software and the use of some typical devices in the development of isothermal forging hydraulic press are introduced.The key problems in the design are analyzed and the solutions are given.4.The experiment in the process of debugging isothermal forging hydraulic press system is described and the experimental results are analyzed.
