This topic is put forward to solving the problems of agglomerate and particle on thehigh side in limestone mine. Analyses destroyed rock causation of explosive in thediameter no coupling. From blasting theory study、numerical simulation and experimentproject, study concretely for resolving the problem. The theoretical analysis and numericalsimulation authenticate each other and complement, the conclusion of the direct guidancefield actual blasting parameter design, which to decoupling charge blasting theory havedeeper understanding.In the theory research, the thesis study the destroyed rock causation in blasting loadand the blasting theory in condition of explosive in the diameter no coupling. Combinedwith the elasticity、 plasticity、 damnification theory and rock Rupture mechanics,discussing the rock destroyed under the explosion of rock stress wave. Researching theexpressions of blasting bounds under the decoupling charge, meanwhile analyzes variousfacts influencing explosion effects.In numerical simulation, dynamical finite element analysis sotfwareANSYS/LS-DYNA was applied, analyzed the simulation result about the courses of therock blasting process in which diameter no coupling charging and coupling charging insame charge on the basis of solvers and post-processing. For the extraction of simulationcalculation point tensile stress response value and rock tensile strength constrast analysiswhich find out a suitable no coupling coefficient and hole-net parameters of the limestonemine’s dolomite and pure quality limestone.As the aspect of experiment,at first confirm better blasting parameter, in successionthe parameters are designed by theory and experience expressions. Design the radialdecouple charge spacer and the industrial test, the optimized blasting parameter isconfirmed and supplied farther by numerical simulation.
