The wire-winding isostatic pressing machine is as a core equipment for isostaticpressing forming that can bear super high pressure and high temperature environmentfor isostatic pressing process. Compared with traditional high temperature and highpressure vessel equipment, the winding vessel structure has particularly big workingpressure and very high fatigue strength. Its safety and reliability are always the focus ofattention. With the support of the national science and technology major projects"isostatic pressing forming complete sets of equipment" special (2011ZX04001-081),According to characteristics of the isostatic pressing process and wire-winding vesselwith super high pressure and high temperature, for improving the safty of wire-windingisostatic pressing machine, this paper studied in-depth a series of key technologies aboutwire-winding isostatic machine, conctete research work is as follows:(l) Based on the elastic-plastic mechanics theory, linear thermodynamics theory andthe theory of winding prestressed, the stress and strength theory of wire-windingworking cylinder were analysised. It is fully considered that the stress field ofwire-winding cylinder is influenced by winding preloaded, pressure load andtemperature load in the working process, the heat-structure coupling analysis ofwire-winding working cylinder is carried out and the mathematical modeling isestablished, and the ultimate bearing capacity of wire-winding working cylinder isanalyzed by using the elastic-plastic mechanics theory, and ultimate load mathematicalmodel of the working cylinder is established.(2) Finite element analysis model of the wire-winding working cylinder isestablished by using the large finite element analysis software ABAQUS, according tothe actual condition, numerical simulation analysis about wire-winding isostaticpressing working cylinder is carried out. The comparative analysis method abouttheoretical model and the finite element model is established, and it is revealed aboutthe stress field distribution characteristics of wire-winding working cylinder.(3) The heat-structure coupling mechanics analysis about "V" shaped rubber ringand triangular metal ring of the combined sealing structure under the action of thepressure load and temperature load is carried out. And based on the characteristics of thecombined sealing structure, the finite element model is established. According to theactual condition, numerical simulation analysis about the seal structure is carried out. The stress distribution of "V" shaped rubber ring and triangular metal ring of thecombined sealing structure and sealing properties are analyzed specially.(4) Combined with the fuzzy mathematics theory and the conventional reliabilityanalysis theory, the reliability analysis of wire-winding isostatic pressing machine iscarried out, established the calculation model on the fuzzy reliability of wire-windingcylinder is established, and the fuzzy reliability of wire-winding cylinder is evaluated.
