| H8800is a type of more advanced single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, but itsstructure is essentially belonging to the former Hydrocome of AC. According to theworking conditions of an ore concentrator as well as the usage of crushing equipment, thispaper selected the H8800cone crusher as the research object, and has done a lot ofrelevant work, such as dimensional modeling of the relevant parts of its crusher cavity,analyzing the wear mechanisms of the liner, doing the finite element analysis, andoptimizing the design of the wear-resistant cavity so on.I have established the dimensional model of a fixed cone lining, movable cone liningand dynamic cone by using Autodesk Inventor. Analyzing wear mechanism of thedynamic cone lining, it can be concluded that there is four wear modes of extrusion pit,cutting, chipping, and the fatigue shedding on the liner surface, and its proportion arerelated to the working conditions of crusher.Finite element analysis software ANSYS was applied to calculate the strength ofdynamic cone lining board, and the corresponding deformation diagram and stressdiagram is obtained. The calculation results show that the distribution of stress of liningplate along the crushing cavity height direction is uneven, but lining plate stiffness andstrength meet the lining board material requirements. According to the minimum and themost uniform liner wear theory, based on the optimization mathematical model ofwear-resisting cavity type, the numerical calculation to the wear-resisting cavity type of isconducted by the mathematical software MATLAB, and the moving cone curve isobtained. Then the fixed cone curve is obtained according to the cone crusher cavitythrough ability, finally wear-resisting cavity type diagram is obtained and thewear-resisting cavity type optimization design is completed.Research of this paper provides a new design method so as to increase cone crusherlining life, and provides scientific theoretical basis to improve the cone crusher workperformance and research the crushing cavity more reasonable structure. The research hasa certain value to extend the cone crusher lining plate life cycle and improve dressingplant production efficiency. |
