Crushing machine is a kind of important facility for many industrial departments, such as metallurgy and mine. During the development of the national economy, there are a lot of raw and other materials need to be broken.H8800as a new kind of high efficiency hydraulic pressure cone crusher has many advantages, such as high crush rate, high crush efficiency, high capacity, granular uniformity and high automation. It is widely used in industry.The dissertation is mainly based on H8800cone crusher as study subject, applying finite element analytical software ANSYS to analyze shaft, moving cone and lining board. Study on the main problems of H8800cone crusher which occur in Anshan steel Company, and ensure that it is safe to be used in production.Because the shaft, moving cone and lining board contact each other in work process, the finite element analysis of key parts is solved by the method of defining contact pairs. It is very important to exert the right force on the lining board which directly contacts mine. First, the stress distribution in key parts is known by the method of finite element static analysis. Identify the part which has maximal stress and check its strength. Second, the former ten order inherent frequencies and mode shapes of key parts are calculated by the method of finite element modal analysis. To avoid resonance, it is not allowed that work frequency and inherent frequency has the same value. At last, In order to reduce the intensity of work and extend the service life, the dimensions of lining board are optimized by taking the maximal stress value for objective function.Stress distribution, inherent frequencies and mode shapes of key parts on H8800cone crusher are calculated by finite element method, and the dimensions of lining board are optimized. All these data provide reliable bases for improving cone crusher. It has a theory and practical value.
