Fenvalerate and cypermethrin are typical pyrethroid pesticides. Pyrethroid pesticide occupies the third place of the pesticide market, it is characterized by economic, efficient, application, etc., and long-term and high dose administered will pollute the environment, and enrichment ultimately affect human and animals’ health, they are multi-pest control for crops, both fenvalerate and cypermethrin are the most widely used pyrethroid insecticides, they have been found that these pesticides of a large number of accumulation in the environment of the application, they have become environmental endocrine disruptors and caused human and animal endocrine system disorders and even cancer, its harm can not be ignored. In this paper, we selected fenvalerate, cypermethrin emulsifiable concentrates simulated synthetic wastewater for the study. US, Fenton and US-Fenton were used for degradation. Effects of a single factor experiments, as follows:(1) FeSO4dosage, H2O2dosage, water bath shaking time and pH value of the reaction on Fenton’s reagent to degrada fenvalerate, cypermethrin simulated wastewater impact of pesticides emulsifiable concentrates;(2) Ultrasonic time, ultrasonic power, ultrasonic temperature and pH value of the reaction on ultrasound to degrada fenvalerate, cypermethrin simulated wastewater impact of pesticides emulsifiable concentrates;(3) Ultrasonic time, ultrasonic power, ultrasonic temperature and pH value of the reaction of ultrasound combined with Fenton’s reagent degradation of fenvalerate, cypermethrin simulated wastewater impact of pesticides emulsifiable concentrates;Selecting the optimal experimental methods by comparing single factor experiments, that ultrasound combined with Fenton’s reagent degradation of fenvalerate and cypermethrin pesticide emulsifiable concentrates wastewater was better than the others. L9(34) orthogonal experimental optimization of experimental conditions, the optimal parameters were:(1) The order of the influencing factors of fenvalerate simulated wastewater was that:ultrasonic temperature> ultrasonic power> pH> ultrasonic time, ultrasonic temperature was50℃, pH=5.78, the reaction time was40min and ultrasonic power was72W;(2) The order of the influencing factors of cypermethrin simulated wastewater were that:ultrasound temperature> ultrasonic power> ultrasonic time> pH, ultrasonic temperature was55℃, pH=6.49, the reaction time was10min and ultrasonic power was72W.By using the orthogonal experiment, ultrasound combined with Fenton’s reagent was the optimal experiment conditions degradation of fenvalerate and cypermethrin. Simulated wastewater degradation rate reached100percent. Treatment fenvalerate and cypermethrin wastewater by the optimum parameters, and MTT assay was used to verify the proliferation of human breast cancer cells before and after degradation, the results showed that:before degradation, fenvalerate and cypermethrin had caused human breast cancer MCF-7cells proliferated; after degradation, fenvalerate and cypermethrin didn’t have caused human breast cancer MCF-7cells proliferated obviously. This study found that:the best degradable method of fenvalerate and cypermethrin was ultrasound Fenton’s reagent joint degradation method, it had highly degradation efficiency of two pesticides(fenvalerate and cypermethrin), and had a certain ability to reduce the activity of estrogen.
