| Stainless steel because of its high strength, low thermal expansion coefficient, thermalconductivity, corrosion resistance and other characteristics, has become the material of Exhaustsystem. Stainless steel pipe cutting section is good or bad, is directly related to the quality andperformance of the exhaust system. In recent years, the development of high quality thin-walledstainless steel tube cutting machine become the focus and hot spots of research in there are. As themarket development for high speed, high precision and high quality, the automated, high efficiencyand precision of cutting quality of thin-walled stainless steel tube cutting machine is an inevitabletrend.This paper analyzed the characteristics of hard cutting, easy deformation of thin-walledstainless steel tube,in contrast, research and analysis advanced level of automated cutting machine athome and abroad,proposed a dual-blade asymmetric, planetary automatic pipe cutting operationmethod. The symmetric planetary cutting machine can achieve rotation revolution and feed speed,aswell as the direction of rotation and radial feed real time stepless regulation,which solved theproblem of verticality and smoothness being not high which was caused by the force, unevencontraction or vibration in the cutting of the Stainless steel pipe, and solved the problem of windingwires by using the reversing cutting blade in the process of cutting revolution, improved thecutting efficiency. In this paper, using the method which combined with the theoretical analysiscalculation and the computer simulation, completed a theoretical analysis of thin-walled stainlesssteel tubes, methods research, program identification, structure design and so on, the research resultswere as follows:(1)According to the law of metal plastic deformation in cutting process of stainless steel,doublesymmetric planetary motion cutting was proposed, plastic deformation force generated in the processof cutting was offseted, section deformation was reduced and section of the plane degree wasincreased.(2)The tool rotation, linear feed movement and the movement of the planets are controlled byServo motor respectively (Patent application No.201310722395.1), three motion of the tool areindependent of each other, do not interfere with one another, it can realize stepless speed regulation,adjust speed according to the pipe material, diameter, wall thickness.(3) In order to solve the problem of wire winding during rotation, cutting tool revolution halfcycle that is clockwise and anticlockwise alternating method is proposed, which improved the cuttingefficiency.(4)Finally, using three-dimensional solid modeling software Proe and Finite Element Analysissoftware ansys, the stress analysis was carried out on the machine tool bed and main support part,provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent processing. |
