For a long time, the textile machinery business is focused on the improvement of themechanical properties, and did not take into account of the relevant inputs of industrialdesign in the field of home appliances.In early days,Textile Machinery modeling is major toimitate the appearance of textile machinery of the former Soviet Union in the industrialage:modeling monotonous,heavy blunt,color mismatches and tedious operation. A few yearsago, the textile machinery business began consciously to the application of the industrialdesign industry, but only related to the appearance of a single product level.Textilemachinery also retains traditional textile machinery characteristics in the design and colorselection.Discrimination between different brands of textile machinery product image isvery small, can not reflect the characteristics of personalized products, so the concept ofbranding is out of the question.The transformation"Made in China" to "Created in China" requires the driver of thecompetitiveness of the brand.Nurturing number of outstanding brand is the primary goal inthe long-term development of the textile machinery industry.The identity of Consumer tobrand style is from product image collection show,and the image of the product is the corepart of the branding.By the theory of genetic biology, this paper is based on the theory of geneticreplication, expression and evolutionary from the relationship of genes and image.Two mainviews are put forward in this article.They are "The gene of product image is the spiritualconcept and culture of enterprise"and"The key link of product image design is thedetermination of product image facebook strategy".And a set of new product image designidea and method based on the two views is put forward.Finally conduct textile machinerybranding research combined with the actual subject of the DeGao Enterprise Group, test andverify the theoretical mentioned in the paper.Researches in this paper are mainly from the following aspects:(1) Theoretical analysis and study on the product image design.Combined with a seriesof successful brand case, analysis the core of image and the connotation of product image.(2)Solving brand problems starting from the level of the product design.The topics focused on starting from product design, analysis modeling elements associated with theimage of the product (including shape, color, texture, etc.), which sum up the the abstractproduct image elements.Next, through statistical analysis of these image elements, find thelinks that exist between image elements and branding.(3) Mapping genetic theory in the field of product image.Analysis Genetics theoryuseful for product image design theory, identifying logic echoes of the concept which canbe established between the two, explore the theory of genetic grafting applications in thefield of product image.(4)Textile machinery brand Facebook strategy analysis.Combination of well-knowntextile enterprise cases, analysis textile machinery design characteristic of the brand image.Innovation points in this paper:(1) Plot the product image gene essence.(2) Raise the concept of image mask.(3)Method of product image design to image mask strategy as the core.(4) Shaping the brand image of DeGao Enterprise Group.
