In recent years,with the development of economy and technology,people's living standards have continued to improve,and their understanding of things has undergone a new change.Consumers no longer simply pursue the functionality of products as in the past.Now they have become more Paying attention to the senses of the products(vision,touch,feeling,etc.),this also brings huge opportunities and challenges to the textile industry in China.In today's market competition in the textile machinery industry,a single product design can no longer make the company stand out from the competition.Business operators and related researchers are increasingly aware of the important role of design.Can companies shape products with their own characteristics? Image is a key factor related to future development,so Product Identity based on product design has become a new means of product competition and is gradually being noticed.Based on the theory of product image recognition design and user needs,this subject researches the appearance design of the warp and weft spinning machine K3501 cord twisting machine under the China Textile Machinery Company.Firstly,through the elaboration and analysis of the basic theories of product image recognition,the relationship,similarities and differences between the enterprise identification,brand identification and product image identification are analyzed,and the process of product image identification element construction is summarized.Secondly,through the market research of the products,the common features and common image vocabulary of the products are obtained,and the enterprise research elements are obtained from the enterprise identification elements and the corporate culture level image vocabulary.The product image recognition element of the K3501 cord twist machine.Finally,the user needs theory is used to define and divide the actual users,and the scenario construction method is used to obtain the main points of user needs from a practical point of view.Based on this,the product image identification elements are used to design product color matching,material selection,and element composition.Get a product shape that meets user needs and conforms to the company's development strategy.There are three main research breakthroughs in this subject: First,based on the current basic theories of product image identification design,a framework of product image identification elements based on corporate culture is constructed,and the frame construction is explained step by step.Secondly,the researched frame process was applied to the K3501 cord twisting machine of China Textile Machinery Group to build the product image recognition elements of the twisting machine,and the feasibility of transforming the product image recognition from theory to practice was verified.Third,analyze the user needs of the actual users of the twisting machine,and combine the user needs with the identification elements.The research results were applied to the research on the appearance design of the twisting machine,which verified the feasibility of the theory and provided a reference for the future product image recognition design.
