In the working process of high-speed presses, there exists fuselage vibration phenomena whichaffect the precision of the bottom dead center and service life of the high-speed presses. With thegradual deepening study of the bottom dead center precision, the analysis of vibration source andvibration damping design have been paid more and more attention.According to research objectives of key parameters on the effect of vibration and thecharacteristics of research object, this paper introduces the design of vibration measurement solutionsand vibration measurement system based on virtual instrument technology. The main contents aresummarized as follows:(1) Vibration measurement solutions. The high-speed presses vibration measurement solutionsinclude the installation location and numbers of sensors, measuring time and the key parameters.(2) Vibration measurement system. Acceleration sensors, signal conditioning device andAdvantech data acquisition card compose system hardware. This paper calibrates the signalconditioning device and vibration measurement system, finally introduces the analysis of errorsources and improved method. Measurement software is written based on the LabVIEW platform, notonly to achieve the vibration signal acquisition, display, storage and processing, but also analyzevibration signals from the parameters, time-domain, frequency-domain and vibration system modalparameter identification.(3) Influencing factors. This paper analyzes the effect of high-speed presses key parameters onvibration from the parameters, time-domain, frequency-domain and vibration system modal parameter.Ultimately, this paper achieves vibration signals characteristics, inclusions about the trends and lawsof high-speed presses key parameters on vibration and the vibration system modal parameter,contributing to further in-depth study of the vibration and the effect of vibration on the bottom deadcenter of the high-speed presses.
