Using the virtual instrument technology in building the crystallization control system is a new direction in sugar industry. Virtual instrument technology is a advanced testing method based on PC and sensors technology. LabVTEW is kind of virtual instrument language and is developed by US NI company. LabVIEW has a wide range frequency signal-detect capability and powerful signal analysis toolkit. This paper use LabVIEW as software bench.The main work of this paper is using Virtual Instrument technology in building a efficient data acquisition application system, meanwhile, give practical selection advices of related sensors and DAQ devices. The program is consisted of five modules: parameter setting, data acquisition, signal analysis and processing, data recording and inquiry and data monitoring. After debugging, the application connected with hardware run smoothly, the system meet the demand.
