The Design And Research Of Shallow Sea Oil Tapping Machine With Pressure

Along with the increase of new development submarine oil and gas pipeline of our country each year, there are a lot of submarine oil and gas pipeline has a long time of continuous work, the pipeline operation safety problem is becoming more and more prominent. The oil pipeline hot tapping technology makes the pipeline construction and operation simultaneous. The underwater opening machine with pressure is the essential equipment of oil and gas pipeline repair. In order to solve the problem of opening and maintaining automatically and rapidly on the seabed oil pipeline in humid surroundings, reducing the losses caused by pipeline leak, the structure of the pressure opening tapping machine is improved. The machine uses a special material and structure, realizing the pressure tapping in wet surroundings.The paper adopts the combination methods of theory study and calculation, understanding the principle and working process of tapping technology of underwater pipeline by reading the relevant literature and analysis the working process of opening with pressure. The paper designs the opening equipment underwater wet surroundings. The paper analysis the main parts of the tapping machine by the finite element analysis software ANSYS. We can directly determine the positions of the dangerous points and the distribution of overload by solving the results, which can provide a theorotical basis for further improving the structure and the reference. The topic research work meet the needs of underwater oil and gas development and have important sense to protect oil and gas development safety.
