First, blend of pigment, dispersant,surfactant and deionized water and prepared to pigment paste used by grinding miller. Findout the best time, the dosage of dispersant and surfactant by analyzing pigment size, surfacetension and stability of pigment paste. Second, adding other chemical agents to the pigmentsand find out the best dosage of chemical agents by analyzing viscosity, surface tension and pHvalue. The formula of pigment paste is: pigment3%, dispersant0.3%, surfactant6%, the restis deinoized water. The formula of pigment ink is: pigment paste12.3%, adhesive3.5%,surfactant15.4%, pH-modifier1.2%, antibacterial agent0.03%, antifoaming agent0.6%, therest is deinoized water.Finally, find out the best process of post treatment by analyzing the dry fastness and wetfastness of the digital printing products.
