| Compared with traditional printing and dyeing technology,digital inkjet printing has the advantages of simple process,personalization,green environmental protection and so on.Among them,pigment digital printing is suitable for a variety of fabrics through physical bonding.The process flow only needs high temperature baking to further simplify the process flow,and the printed products have the advantages of high light fastness.Polyester-ammonia knitted fabrics are widely used in the field of fashion clothing due to their high resilience and wrinkle resistance.However,in the inkjet printing of polyester-ammonia fabrics,due to the poor moisture absorption of polyester,there are some disadvantages such as serious ink infiltration,light color and poor color fastness in inkjet printing.The quality of printed products is closely related to the pretreatment process.For example,the pretreatment process directly affects the pre-press whiteness value,color rendering effect,ink infiltration,printing color fastness and other indicators of the printed substrate.Therefore,improving the pretreatment process of inkjet printing to obtain better printing products is the key to the current research field.This topic is mainly to develop two kinds of coating digital printing pretreatment additives for polyester-ammonia fabrics.The printing quality performance is characterized by testing the whiteness value,color rendering effect,line clarity,rubbing fastness,soaping fastness and hand feeling style of the substrate before printing.Firstly,the pretreatment formula system of pigment digital printing was screened,and two kinds of polymer systems were screened for the compounding of treatment agents to explore the effect of pretreatment agent formula on printing performance.Then,on the basis of the best printing performance,the effect of baking process on printing performance was explored.The ultimate goal is to obtain the best pretreatment process of polyester ammonia fabric.The research contents are as follows:In the first part,the effect of salt-containing cationic pretreatment agent formula on the printing performance of polyester-ammonia fabric was studied,and the optimum concentration of treatment agent was obtained on the basis of the best printing performance.The optimum formula of the treatment agent is : cationic waterborne polymer(CW01)is 9%,inorganic salt is0.4 %,pH value is 3.25;based on the optimal pretreatment agent formula,the effect of baking process on printing performance was studied,and the effect of different baking temperature and time on printing performance was explored.The results showed that the optimum parameters of baking process were : baking temperature 150°C,baking time 150 s.Compared with the digital printing performance of untreated polyester-ammonia fabric,the whiteness value of the fabric surface before printing is slightly reduced after the treatment of cationic treatment agent and the best conditions of baking process.The printing K/S value is increased by 3.25,and the line clarity is improved.The effect is better,the dry / wet rubbing fastness is increased by 1/0.5 grade,the soaping fastness is increased by 0.5 grade,and the loss of hand feeling style is small.In the second part,the effect of salt-containing anionic pretreatment agent formula on the printing performance of polyester-ammonia fabric was studied.The results showed that the printing effect of polyester-ammonia fabric treated with anionic treatment agent was better.The best formula of the treatment agent was : anionic aqueous polymer(WP-15)0.25 %,inorganic salt 0.5 %,pretreatment agent pH 4.5.Compared with the untreated polyester-ammonia fabric,the whiteness value of the fabric before printing does not decrease after the fabric is treated with the best formula of the anionic pretreatment agent.The printing K / S value is increased by 5.52,the line clarity is improved,and the color fastness to dry / wet friction is reduced by 1 grade. |
