The gas accident is the main threat to safety production of coal mine in ourcountry.A comprehensive understanding of the various causes of gas accident.Accurate early warning and assessment of coal mine safety situation. That is theprimary means of ensuring the coal mine safety production and research topics.In this paper analyzes the effect of the coexistence of gas dust on the lowerexplosion limit. And then this paper also gives a brief introduction on the currentsituation of our country coal mine safety early-warning monitoring system. Based onthe above work, considered the dust gas coexistence effect the safety situation of coalmines. At the same time, this paper introduced the theory of data fusion. And appliedthe fuzzy data fusion algorithm in the monitoring system to set up multi-sensor fuzzydata fusion model and make a study of collaborative early-warning of gas and dust.Then through the case analyze the building model algorithm. The analysis shows themodel of effective to make up for the previous system which judge the informationlimitation by only single cause alarming is not accurate. In a certain degree itincreases the system’s reliability and the early warning results.Finally, carried on the example analysis to the early warning model, the systemsoftware is implemented by VB, preliminary implementation of coal mine gas dustmonitoring system data analysis and safety warning dynamic display, as well ashistorical data preservation and warning statements output function.
