With the constant improvement of the modern hot-rolling process, producing high quality,high efficiency, low cost products become the inevitable trend of enterprise development, it hasadvanced further requirements to coiler of hot rolling control system. Generally the coilingtemperature of hot rolled strip steel coiling system around700C, and the low coilingtemperature is only200~300C, So the crystallization of billet internal status, parameters suchas modulus of elasticity and plasticity of steel billet is rather distinct with the original design.The control algorithm such as billet head tracking, tail tracking, pinch roll control, guide rollercontrol, automatic jump control and coiler tension control need to be redesigned, or theparameter optimizing in order to adapt to these changes, Make the coiling system running in theoptimal state, guarantee the quality of finished steel coil.In this thesis, the technological process of hot rolled reel is first introduced, how to improvethe strip steel tracking detection technology at low temperature and reduce the head skid whenthe bit of steel are expounded, ensuring that the strip can be normal coiling in200~300C. In theprocess of the coiling, the automatic control system for recoiling machine with the low coilingtemperature is analyzed, the structure, principle and application in field of vector frequencyconverter6SE70and TDC technology board are introduced respectively, and specifically focuseson the tension control mode of TDC technology board. Finally, considering the overall controlaccuracy of the system, a tension ring is added into the system under the condition of withoutany increase in tension test equipment, and the fuzzy PID control for the tension regulator, thecontrol performance of system is better.The intellectualized reconstruction of coiling tension control system both solve the problemof loose circle, narrow, and ensure the strip steel tension has no big fluctuations, to keep the coilshape, and the qualified rate of steel coil increased significantly, and the intelligent controlsystem can adapt to environmental changes accordingly, the uncertain complex process isdescribed, meanwhile, the influence of nonlinear factors on the process control is eliminated, sothe quality of the strip steel is greatly improved. Simulink simulation results show that algorithmcan meet the requirements of high precision, it has the very good on-line application prospect.
