The Multichip frame is a kind of new load frame in the mill hydraulic servo-cylinder testingsystem. It is not only can accomplish the servo-cylinder test under certain dimension range anddifferent loaded force through arrangement of the numbers of frame, but also increase theutilization of frame significantly.Firstly,analyze the formation and the function characteristic ofload frame and compute the simplified truss model of single frame. Present the computingmethod of the deformation of load frame. And then set up the finite element model to analyze themechanical property of load frame.Lastly, accomplished the static and dynamic property of loadframe and compared the result between the theoretical calculation and finite element analysis.In addition, set up a new test method based strain gauge and load frame in order toovercome the weakness of original mill hydraulic servo-cylinder testing system and improve theability of testing the dynamic property of servo-cylinder. By using the finite element software toaccomplish the simulation analysis of new testing method and get the strain testing point on thesurface of the frame.Accomplished the experiment of hydraulic cylinder test by utilizing the present hydraulicexperimental facilities, choosing proper strain gauge and other applied instruments and makingthe proper experiment method and procedure.The result of duplicated test verified the result ofload frame’s mechanical property in the finite element analysis and checked feasibility of thenew test method.
