A Profitability Study Of An Improvement Project On Coal-mining Assortment

With the acceleration of China’s industrialization process, the demand for electricity,coal consumption has been rising rapidly. To improve product quality, increase businessefficiency, to meet national requirements for coal utilization, coal washing system must betransformed. This article is carried out based on this background.This paper aims to analyze the investment returns of Xiaoyu coal-mining assortmentproject, providing advice and support to the feasibility study. Project management, projectratings, investment benefit analysis theory, empirical research, theoretical analysis, multiDelphi method, discussion, interviews, expert meetings, field research method, PEST wereapplied in this paper.Firstly, this paper introduces the research background and significance of the analysis.Based on project management theory and project evaluation methodology, this paper notonly analyze the feasibility of Xiaoyu coal-mining assortment improvement projects wereanalyzed to determine the need for this project, but also from the environmental point ofview, the competitive position of companies, products, target market. Risk analysis wasapplied as well in this study. The financial outlook of the improvement project wascalculated based on the production costs, sales tax revenues. When it comes to the socialissue, market demand for products, saving energy-saving efficiency and reduce weight lossand other media was utilized. For the environmental issues for the project, from projectconstruction and production aspects of the environmental impact of the design basis andstandards, environmental protection measures and investment in environmental protection,etc. was considered.This study concludes that the project design process and advanced process layout, highseparation efficiency, after the completion of the project to get a better economic and socialbenefits, and effectively solve environmental problems existing coal preparation process,sound environmental protection measures of the project to meet environmental requirements.Therefore, the Xiaoyu coal-mining assortment project is essential, besides, it can bringgreat economic and social benefits for the company.
