Bai Lang Cheng-Xiao He Multi-purpose Station with it’s characteristics of many equipments and complex flow, is the primary part and energy consumption unit of oil&gas gathering and transportation system. The operating parameters which have several combination groups decide the production running cost of Multi-purpose Station system. The task of this paper is to study running parameters optimization problem of Multi-purpose Station combined with optimization theory in the case of Multi-purpose Station itself structure and the process has been set.On the system analysis foundation, several typical energy-consuming equipments which are applied to each station technological process are comprehensively elected. Considering the pharmaceutical costs and fuel costs and power costs are account a large proportion for Multi-purpose Station operating costs, the optimized mathematic model is established that the objective function is year lowest expense of the central gathering station system, and the optimized variables are chemical feed dosage, pit furnace outlet temperature, outlet temperature of the heating furnace, outlet pressure of dehydration pump, working voltage of the electric dehydration which have great influence on the objective function, and the constraint condition are moisture content of outlet oil, oil content of outlet water to meet the crude oil production requirements and monomers equipments operation pressure and temperature, energy conserved conditions of the system and so on. The genetic algorithm is applied to solve the model, which is previous designed and suitable for solve optimized mathematic model established in this paper.The optimization arithmetic results indicated that the annual total running cost of the whole system is reduced from495.86wan yuan to467.74wan yuan, and each station’s optimal operation parameters are given. And we can conclude that the running costs can be reduced and the efficiency can be improved by optimizing the operation parameters of Multi-purpose Station.
