The pollution from livestock and poultry farming is a major source of current rural environment, how to control the pollution is the focus of attention of the government departments and experts and scholars in the field of environmental science. Because the county livestock raising pollution is wide distribution, only the large-scale or animal concentrated waste could be controlled by general engineering methods, and the treatment effect is often not very well. To optimize the distribution of livestock and poultry breeding from space pattern, it can avoid some important ecological function areas (such as water conservation areas, nature reserve large residential areas, etc.) from livestock and poultry farming pollution. Therefore, study on spatial distribution pattern optimization of livestock and poultry breeding has become a hot research topic in the field of environmental protection and agricultural development.According to the spatial distribution pattern of livestock and poultry breeding Jinxi County in2012, through the calculation of livestock and poultry breeding pollutant generation and emissions, the livestock and poultry breeding space reasonable distribution pattern analysis of this one index per unit area of pollutant emissions, and made use of livestock and poultry breeding equivalent county environmental carrying capacity and its distribution pattern. Analysis of the spatial distribution pattern and the Aquaculture Environmental Carrying Capacity Based on the livestock and poultry, combined with the distribution of important ecological function areas in the county, the County Livestock ban Yang District, a district, limited division can raise area, so as to optimize the spatial distribution pattern of county of livestock and poultry breeding.
