Due to the changes of coal seam thickness and complex geological structure, theimpact load is multivariate,strong coupling,nonlinear,non-stationary and complexitywhen shearer cutting coal and rock.Combined poor working conditions, complex cuttingconditions of shearer and other factors,shearer will be affected by a great shock inworking process, too strong vibration and swing will make some key parts bear a highdynamic stress,it is very easy to cause the mechanical transmission parts,structuralcomponents,hydraulic parts,electric components of the shearer in damage and impact thestability of shearer.A rigid-flex coupled virtual prototype of thin coal shearer was established based onPro/E,ADAMS and ANSYS.The mechanical model of cutting pick was founded,thesimulation programme of cutting pick momentary load was worked out by theimplementation of MATLAB,the momentary load files of cutting pick were created andleaded successfully in the model of shearer which was established based on virtualprototype.Distinguished the modal parameter and the easily aroused modal shape ofshearer according to the vibration analysis;The frequency which determined the overallperformance of the system was confirmed; Provided a reference for the sensors layout ofthe follow-up monitoring of shearer through the analysis of the modal energy and theresponse of shearer vibration modes;Proceeded the model analysis of shearer cuttingunit and haulage unit shell based on ANSYS,obtained the free and restraint mode ofvibration and the corresponding stain nephogram,provided the refer to structureoptimiza of shearer cutting unit and haulage unit shell.Co-simulation technology was introduced into the vibration characteristics analysisof shearer rigid-flexible coupling system, the key technologies of input load, simulationboundaries were solved,it is not only provides an important reference for the the sheareranalysis, design, testing, evaluation, but also provides a new method to improve theworkers operating environment by reducing the shearer vibration and noise mechanizedmining face.
