In recent years, with the development of scale farming, livestock and poultry breeding industry has become one of the leading industries of the rural economy in Hainan province, the concentration of the main livestock and poultry production has increased significantly and the regional production pattern has been basically formed. However, the serious pollution problems which were caused by uneven distribution of livestock and poultry breeding parts have seriously restricted the sustainable development of animal husbandry industry.Therefore, based on nitrogen balance, rice, peanuts and green pepper load of animal manure were studied through experiments in Hainan province. The nitrogen requirement for the main crop of Hainan province has been calculated through the test conclusion and the existing data, the alert values were calculated in the context of existing breeding livestock and poultry. It is of great significance to reasonably plan the livestock and poultry breeding area, and scientifically determine the scale of farming and the production mode to promote the sustainable development in Hainan province. The main results in this experiment are showed as follows.(1)Under the conditions of field trials, through studying the different crops under different manure fertilization treatment and in the premise of guaranteeing the economic and environmental benefits, the consumption of manure that the rice, peanuts and green pepper need in one reason is figured out, which is respectively9910kg·hm-2,2123kg·hm-2and33257kg·hm-2and the output is respectively9910kg·hm-2、2123kg-hm-2and33257kg·hm-2.Through the transformation of nitrogen in the manure, the amount of nitrogen that rice, peanuts and green pepper need uptake is respectively1.96kg,4.85kg and1.96kg when they draw per100kg economic crop yield formation.(2) Combined the amount of nitrogen that rice, peanuts and green pepper need to uptake with the already existing nitrogen that100kg commercial crops formed from main crops requires, we can calculate how much nitrogen the formation needs and109800tons nitrogen should be provided for provincial planting industry in Hainan. The crops which need the most nitrogen are rice, sugar cane, fruits, garden vegetables and rubber, which respectively needs26900tons,31000tons,13100tons,13100tons and12900tons. LinGao, DanZhou, ChengMai, haikou and ledong are the areas which need more nitrogen, and the amount is respectively10600tons,10600tons,09100tons,07200tons and07200tons.(3) Based on field investigation and related literatures, main varieties of livestock and poultry pollution coefficient can be reached through monitoring the excretion of the livestock’s and poultry as well as their manure nutrient content. Based on the TN excretion coefficient of the pigs, the converting equivalent coefficient of cattle, goats, pigs, ducks, geese and chickens is19.06,1.04,0.02,0.11and0.01respectively. Then according to the number of main livestock breeds of Hainan province, livestock manure production is17479600tons in2011.(4)Through the equivalent of pigs that practically carried and the ratio of maximum load equivalent of pigs in poultry environment, it can conclude early warning value of regional environment and its pollution level caused by livestock and poultry in Hainan province. Alert values of Wanning, Dingan, Lingshui and Wuzhishan are between1.5~2.5, which shows the environment has been seriously influenced. Alert value of Haikou, Wenchang, Chenmai, Tunchang, Danzhou, Dongfang, Ledong and Baoting are between1.0~1.5, the environment has been influenced. Alert value of Sanya is0.86and it has an effect on the environment; Alert value of Qionghai, Lingao, Qiongzhong and changjiang are between0.7~1.0, having a little influence on the environment; Alert values of baisha is0.37,which shows it has no effect on environment.
