Proposed in this paper the ultrasonic rolling process is on the traditional calender technology using ultrasonic frequency of mechanical vibration, through ultrasonic rolling processing device will certain static pressure on the surface of the workpiece, the ultrasonic impact at the same time, is to the original processing technology improvement, can be used to improve the comprehensive performance of the material surface.Ultrasonic rolling processing technology mainly for the plastic material of rotors of a process, the material is relatively soft plastic material, plastic, easy to be processed. Using ultrasonic rolling processing method should be based on the processed material to select the suitable process parameters and process parameters are:spindle speed, feed, output frequency, the processing times, etc.Ultrasonic surface strengthening is very effective to improve fatigue strength of parts of one of the plastic deformation strengthening method. Its improve fatigue strength is the main reason of the deformation strengthening the residual stress and work hardening the surface layers of components, thereby hampering the crack formation and propagation.This subject to axial commonly used no.45steel specimens, for example, by measuring the mechanical properties such as hardness and surface roughness, analysis and study the mechanism of ultrasonic rolling processing technology and testing apparatus, and the effects of process parameters on mechanical properties of the specimens. In ultrasonic rolling processing technology, the various technological parameters on surface roughness, surface hardening and surface residual stress has a different degree of influence, select the appropriate process parameter can reduce and even eliminate the surface defects produced by machining before the order, but repeated plastic deformation will also damage the surface quality, when dealing with energy greater than the material tensile strength, surface will produce micro-crack damage forms such as.In this paper, the ultrasonic rolling reinforcement has carried on the finite element analysis.
