With the development of industrial production and automation technology, thedifferent functions of mine automation subsystem have been been applied to improvecoal mine production efficiency and management level at the same time, also it hasalso brought new problems, different functions between automation system runindependently of each other, become a system oneself, the existence of "informationisland", unable to realize the information integration sharing and mutual operation,difficult to meet the needs of the development of coal mine information, hindered thedevelopment of coal enterprises. Therefore, the study design coal mine integratedautomation system integration of existing heterogeneous subsystems, has importanttheoretical significance and practical value.Coal mine integrated automation system integration is dispersed in the coalenterprises subsystem, isolated functional modules and information module moderncomputer database, industrial technology integrated into a unified and coordinatedmanagement system, information, resources, the overall task sharing. The main tasksare as follows:1. Combined with the characteristics of the coal mine integrated automationsystem, the coal mine integrated automation system needs analysis to determine thesystem architecture and overall design.2. Research and analysis subsystem operation mode, the design subsystem theplatform hardware access software access methods, according to a reasonable andcost-effective technology to determine the specific access mode.3. In-depth study OPC Data Access specification, analysis of the technicalcharacteristics and requirements of OPC data access to the OPC application, usingOPC technology in the the underlying control equipment and mine integratedautomation systems to establish a unified data access specification, and the interfacespecification to support the coal mine integrated automation system with automaticcommunication between the control subsystem.4. Research on Industrial Ethernet to the characteristics of PROFINET technologyand network architecture, and the application of PROFINET Industrial Ethernet technology to coal mine integrated automation system integration.5. To the ventilation monitoring system for underground coal mine as an example,the force control configuration software platform for the design and development ofsoftware of monitoring and control system based on OPC technology, realizes thereal-time remote monitoring and management functions of the ventilation system inunderground coal mine.
