The Analysis Of Comprehensive Monitoring System Of The Coal Mine

At present, there are various monitoring systems in the coal mine, such as , gas monitoring system, Environmental monitoring system, industrial TV system, coal cleaning monitoring system, etc. these monitoring systems has played a positive role in production, safty and management of the coal mine. However, the majority monitoring systems existed have single function and have a lot of problums, such as, the small capacity, the instability, the resources not sharing and inconvenience mangement etc. with the development of the coal mine informationization, the coal mine needs to monitoring every coal automated, while a single coal monitoring system can not meet the needs of the modern mine, the integrated automation monitoring is imperative.This paper analyzes the present situation and the problems of the various coal mine monitoring systems. Combining the advantages of the field-bus and the industrial Etherent, the structure model of the kilomega industrial Etherent and CAN field-bus has been used to establish the coal mine monitoring systems, also expounds the overall structure of the monitoring systems. Finally, the hardware and software are designed and integrated the monitoring systems with the electromechanical integration.The coal mine integrated monitoring system basted on the industrial Ethernet and the CAN field-bus make the whole monitoring subsystem be integration in the heterogeneous condition, and the information integration coordination uniform transmission and the linkage control are realized, finally ensure that the stability,relaibility expansibility and the compatibility of the system. The system links with the management information of the mining area and the information sharing improved remarkably, a monitoring network is formed. It will be a dispatching management center that improves the mining production and management level.
