Research Of Network Access Technology For Coal Mine Monitoring System

Since the 80s of the last century began, coal mine in China is equipped with state-owned coal mine safety and automation of many production processes to monitor and control subsystem. Limited by the development of information technology, the system can not be organically inter-coordinated operations, and formed some automation subsystem information isolated-lands, resulting in waste of human and information resources. Along with economic construction and development, energy demand growth prompted the rapid development of coal mines, as information technology continues to mature and the demand for information resources continuous improvement, effective integration of various production processes subsystem to establish a unified hardware and software platform and compatible with the original sub-input, enhancing the comprehensive utilization of information as coal mine of information process need to be addressed new topics.In this paper, meet the needs above, it is in depth study of coal mine monitoring system in the network access technology control reliability, flame-proof ring access switches, flame-proof regional integrated monitoring station and integrated automation platform software and other related areas,and develop one flame-proof mine industrial-grade broadband-based ring network access devices and integrated automation platform access system. This integrate the variety of automated information subsystem , achieved the share of information among all the subsystems, control systems and management information systems, realize the integration of the management, controlling, monitoring for the production process. It is for the first time in the domestic to apply the backbone network redundancy control technologies in coal mine integrated automation system and solve some key technologies as the reliability of remote control, the user most concerned about. it builds the unified hardware access and software access platform and successfully implemented in a number of mines, the functions of the platform increasing rich with the system application widely and has been recognized by coal mine users.
