The application of sewage treatment equipment and control system in domestic enterprise is still backward and the power consumption is high in relative at present. It combined the energy consumption analysis with energy-saving technology, proposed a set of energy-saving scheme based on the concept of Energy Comprehensive Balance for sewage treatment, which is used in the reformation of the industrial sewage treatment station in an enterprise really.This paper focused on the reaction pool, statistics of the power consumption of equipment in the industrial sewage treatment station was done for choose of the largest power consumption poll. In order to get the energy-saving space of aeration system and submersible mixer, the theory of energy comprehensive balance was used for further analysis, finally an reasonable retrofitting scheme was put forward. The retrofit for energy-saving submersible mixer impeller started with the original impeller on engineering, we acquired these separated point clouds of the impeller by a Faro three coordinates measuring machine, and established three-dimensional model of the impeller. Then we applied the propeller lifting line theory and the hub cap fins energy saving ideas for the retrofit of original impeller, got three retrofit scheme. Through import the Fluent simulation, export operation data, settlement efficiency, we got the best solution. During the reformation of energy-saving aeration control system, we selected control parameters according to the actual situation of project at first, based on the complex situation in the reaction process of biochemical pool, we made some assumptions and the control equation is obtained, then we put forward three control tactics, that is PID control, fuzzy control and fuzzy-adaptive PID control. through Simulink toolbox in Matlab software we established simulation model and got control curve, at the same time the control strategy is determined. On the basis of this, we using the wind guide vane control method, which is energy saving and economic applicable, established the controller of aeration energy-saving control system based on Siemens S7-300PLC, and this system actually works well, the Power consumption dropped by around16%.The research of this paper provided the creative theoretical guidance and technology for energy saving in the reformation of practical sewage treatment station, it has a certain reference value for engineering.
